Hello, I’m Abbie, and welcome to my little corner on the internet!

This is a place where books are aggressively overanalyzed, tea and coffee are consumed like a personality trait (I am, in fact, a certified coffee snob), and I will emotionally spiral over fictional characters like it’s part of my job description.

When I’m not reading, I work in tech—which mostly means I spend my days talking to computers and my evenings talking to books instead. Balance.

I also live with my husband, two dogs, and an African Grey who is absolutely convinced he is the main character of this household (he might be right, I haven’t checked). In between all of that, I play Pokémon games like it’s still 2009, and yes—Umbreon is superior and I will not be taking questions.

My reading tastes are wildly varied, and I read almost all genres, so my bookshelf is basically controlled chaos at this point. One day it’s a cozy romance, the next it’s a psychological thriller ruining my entire sense of peace.
